A: Simply provide your logo and reference pictures of your preferred style. Our designers will send 1 to 3 design drafts within 2 working days for you to check.
Q: How do you guarantee my brand design is presented completely and correctly?
A: 3 samples will be supplied for your approval before mass production. You are still able to make adjustments of your design during this time.
Q: What is your MOQ? Can I order multiple different designs in one batch?
A: We recommend 5000 first, but understand first order needs check quality, so 500 is cool
Q: How long does mass production take after sample approval?
A: Our standard production period is 3 weeks. We will also provide actual videos of finished goods for your inspection prior to shipment.
Q: What shipping terms do you accept?
A: We support EXW, FOB, DAP and DDP to satisfy your various logistics arrangements worldwide.
